Iram holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, with a strong foundation in child and adolescent development, particularly in relation to trauma, mental health, and complex behavioural needs.

Iram has extensive experience supporting vulnerable children and young people across education, employability, and residential settings, including those involved with youth offending services. This includes developing and implementing person-centred care and support plans, with a strong focus on safeguarding, risk management, and trauma-informed practice within multi-agency frameworks.

Registered with Ofsted as a Responsible Individual, Iram demonstrates sound knowledge of the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective monitoring (Regulation 45), and engagement with independent oversight (Regulation 44).

Iram has contributed to the development and review of care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour management strategies, ensuring high-quality, individualised care. A strong commitment to safer recruitment, reflective practice, and continuous professional development underpins consistent service delivery. She is a kind, caring, and highly creative individual, deeply passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve their best possible outcomes and reach their full potential. She believes  in creating a nurturing, stable, and empowering environment where each child feels valued, heard, and supported to grow.

Iram enjoys expressing my creativity through painting and art, as well as maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle through regular gym sessions. She also has a love for cooking and baking, which she finds both relaxing and rewarding.
